Jay's Snow Plowing is looking for a plow truck driver for residential and light commercial plowing.  Starting pay of $25 - $35 per hour depending on experience and performance.  Want more?  How about performance based bonuses, weekly paychecks, paid meals and use of company trucks for your personal driveway or Mom and Dad?  If you have two or more years of experience plowing, ability to plow to our company standards, a clean driving record and be reliable for every storm then we want to hear from you.  

Duties: Working with Snow Plow Drivers efficiently to expedite snow plow operations.  

Requirements: Ability to consistently lift 25 lbs minimum while being careful of customers property as to not cause any damage.  Occasionally operate a snow blower as well as apply ice management material by hand or with a spreader.  Must have good situational awareness to assist when needed and watch out for potential hazards.  This position is open to minors however must be at least 14 years old with parent or guardian's permission.   Employees under the age of 18 will be required to have proof of age on file with Jay's Snow Plowing and understand that we follow the Vermont Child Labor Law guidelines with no exceptions.  

Does the idea of driving small to medium sized tractors, bucket loaders, backhoes and excavators seem more like fun and less like work?  If so, you may just be a great fit for our summer projects.  When the snow season closes and mud season begins, that's when we get to work.  

We're looking for someone with basic knowledge of operating medium size equipment but willing to learn our techniques and follow our simple rules for safe operation.
